Your inspection fee includes service throughout St. George, Washington, Santa Clara, and Ivins. For properties outside our standard area, a travel fee of $1.75 per mile (round trip) applies, calculated from our Santa Clara office.
Ask about our Community Booking Discount — when neighbors or nearby businesses book on the same day, we can often waive travel fees entirely.
